Matthew Harding is an Australian artist and designer. He is engaged in an innovative and diverse practice spanning sculpture, public art and design.

The artist pushes the boundaries of materials with the use of specific processes producing large scale sculptural forms.

He works with a variety of materials such as metal, stone, wood and glass.

Nature is very important for him. The artist aims to create a poetic relationship between his sculptures and their environment.

In 30 years Matthew Harding has made over forty monumental artworks for public commissions.

The artist lives and works in Australia.
