The sculpture gets off its pedestal and seizes everything. It stops listening to the rules and refuses to exist in a given architectural context. It takes its own space, its own role in the society and inspires a sharp reaction within its viewer. A reaction that differs from the essential and ordinary admiration, passive or indifferent way that the sculpture had been considered over the past centuries.
